🧰 Light Work — $90

Small repairs, quick fixes, no sweat.

Good for: Hanging shelves and pictures, patching small drywall holes, tightening loose fixtures, swapping hardware, and other small jobs around the house.

What's included: Up to 1 hour on-site, plus clean-up.

If it takes longer: Additional time is billed at $80/hour in 30-minute increments. I'll always check with you before continuing.

📦 Assembly & Install — From $125

Furniture, IKEA, TV mounts, shelving, and installation done right.

Good for: Nightstands, dressers, bed frames, wardrobes, bookshelves, TV mounts, curtain rods, and shelving systems.

💪 Heavy Lift — $180

Moving, hauling, and clearing the clutter.

Good for: Furniture moving, junk removal, garage clean-outs, yard waste hauling, and shifting heavy materials.

What's included: Up to 2 hours on-site, including loading and hauling. This is my minimum for heavy work, because it takes real time to load up, drive to you, and do the job safely.

If it takes longer: Additional time is billed at $90/hour.

Best value if: You've got multiple heavy items or a full clean-out. A Half-Day or Full-Day booking will save you money.

🧠 Creative Thinking — $125

Stuck on a layout? Need a plan before you commit to a build?

In a 1-hour on-site visit, we'll walk your space, talk options, take measurements, and land on a realistic solution. Within 48 hours, you'll get a written plan, including whether it's a job for me or a specialist.

What's included: 1 hour on-site plus a written plan.

Good to know: Book the work with me afterward and the $125 comes off your total.

🧩 Jigsaw Puzzle — Request a Quote

Plans ready. Permits sorted. Now it just needs building.

Good for: PAX wardrobes, pre-cut sheds, deck kits, kitchen units, full room sets, raised garden beds, and custom builds where the plans are already drawn.

How pricing works: Send me the product link, plans, or photos. I'll review everything and send you a fixed quote within 24 hours. The price is locked in before I arrive. No hourly math, no surprises.

A 20% deposit holds your date. Fully refundable with 72 hours notice.

Got a long list? These packages save you money and get everything done in one visit.

☀️ Half-Day Hands — $325

Up to 4 hours on-site. Any mix of tasks from my service list.

Best value if: You have 3 or more small jobs, or you want to avoid booking multiple visits.

Good to know: Finish early? You still pay the flat $325 but get your afternoon back. Go over 4 hours? We'll agree on extra time before I continue.

🌕 Full-Day Hands — $600

Up to 7 hours on-site. Any mix of tasks from my service list.

Best value if: You've got a big project or long list and don't want multiple visits.

Good to know: I bring lunch and stay focused. Finish early? You still pay the flat $600. Need more than 7 hours? We'll agree on a plan before I continue, usually a follow-up visit.
